【Product Details】
This hybrid wok (Chinese wok) with a diameter of approximately 30cm and a depth of approximately 9cm is perfect for cooking large portions. It's ideal for stir-fries, pasta, and soups. Its generous capacity makes it convenient for cooking for many people or for meal prepping.
■ Hexagonal Stainless Steel Structure
The laser-etched hexagonal stainless steel structure creates fine ridges, providing excellent searing performance that thoroughly cooks ingredients.
■ Non-stick Valleys
Between the hexagonal stainless steel, there is a non-stick layer with our proprietary TerraBond? ceramic non-stick coating.
It is free of PTFE and so-called forever chemicals, and is easy to clean after cooking.
Seasoning
Warm the pan over medium-low heat, spread 1 teaspoon of oil evenly, and heat for 2-3 minutes.
With repeated use, it will naturally re-season itself, further improving cooking performance.
Heat Control
HexClad heats up very quickly.
Start with lower temperatures. Medium heat on HexClad is equivalent to medium-high heat on conventional pans.
Cleaning
After soaking in soapy water, scrub clean.
